How to make a purchase

PLC Toolbox Supply is dedicated to our customers and wants to maintain a personal relationship in which we can serve you best. Therefore, currently all orders are completed by phone, email, or fax.

  1. Search the part number you are looking to purchase.
  2. Add the part to your Request For Quote (RFQ) by clicking the Add to RFQ icon.
  3. When you are done adding items, go to the RFQ cart.
  4. Next, fill out the RFQ form to let us know the best way to reach you.
  5. Add any notes that you want us to know when preparing your quote.
  6. When finished click the Submit RFQ button.

PLC Toolbox Supply will contact you back ASAP regarding your personal RFQ. After receiving our competitive quote, you can decide if you want to make the purchase.

PLC Toolbox Supply accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, check, postal money order, Collect on Delivery (C.O.D.) and check cards or ATM cards as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above.


We ship utilizing the following services: United States Postal Service (USPS), United Postal Service (UPS), DHL Worldwide, and Federal Express (FedEx).

Expedited shipping is available on many of our products.

International shipping is available, but please allow additional time for international orders to arrive due to customs.

PLC Toolbox Supply only sells new surplus items or used items that were pulled from known working machinery.

If an item fails to work because it is defective, the defective item must be returned within 30 days. After we receive the item back at our facility, we will confirm that the item is indeed ours and defective. After we make our confirmations then we will replace the defective item with an equivalent item. If a replacement is not available, PLC Toolbox Supply will refund the cost of the item.

PLC Toolbox Supply will not be responsible for resulting damage to items or components caused by either internal or external equipment or shorted connections. We do not accept returned items that have physical signs of machine damage.

There is a 25% restocking fee for non-defective returned items. Non-defective returns must be returned in the same condition as they were sold. If a new non-defective item is returned with signs of wear the item is no longer new and the refund amount will reflect the items returned condition. 

Tax Policy

PLC Toolbox Supply is located in the state of Michigan and is required by law to collect and remit sales tax on purchases for delivery within Michigan. If you are exempt, customers must provide the correct paperwork to waive taxes, fees, or charges at the time of purchase.
